Evolution’s Definition

May 24th, 2007

Classical Darwinism works by creeping along through slow gradual processes.  A more recent method of evolution proposed by Goldschmidt, Gould, etc.  is punctuated equlibrium.  After long periods of stasis there are sudden jerks of rapid evolution followed by more long stasis periods.  In either case the addition of mutations moves the process forward.  Mutation are changes in genetic material, mistakes in copying the produces freaks when compared to the parents.

Evolution is a process that has; CREEPS, JERKS and FREAKS!!!

Creation Compromises

May 23rd, 2007

From; Daryll J Cooper.  Questions: I have heard that the earth existed before God created it with form in Genisis. The explaination was that the earth was destroyed previously from inhabitants that might have included Dinosaurs. Is there any biblical evidence to support this?

Ocean Reptiles Extinction in Noah’s Flood

April 27th, 2007

If the Earth was flooded, how did the ocean dwelling dinosaurs go extinct? Was the earth that much colder?

I believe in creation but this one often puzzles me.

How do I start learning about Christian Apolegetics

March 30th, 2007

I am a Christian that wants to learn more about defending my faith. Where would you suggest as far as reading or study could I start at. I have a brother that does not believe in the Bible because he doesn’t believe in everything being created in 6 days. Where do I start? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’d start with 2 books; “The Lie” and “Why won’t they listen?” both by Ken Ham. You can get them at my web site or at most Christian Bookstores. For in depth study I suggest you get a copy of “Understanding the Times” by David Noebell

Comment on Food from Truth Talk Live

March 30th, 2007

Christopher Droblyn

I heard you on the radio in DFW area today. Good show by the way. Wanted to comment on a listeners question about a book a gentleman wrote saying it is awful unusual to have such commonality between all the genome and that it might point to evolution. Here is my comment: if there weren’t common points in the DNA, how would we be able to eat it? we wouldn’t be able to digest anything and it would all be poison. Thanks for hearing me.

Great Site

March 27th, 2007
Hi Charlie,

I also have a creation website. Somebody from your church came across a link to my website in a message board I frequent and wrote me about it. In the message, I was also given a link to your website, http://www.sixdaycreation.com/ , so I checked it out.

I was also raised with a belief in evolution. I also did not become a Christian until I was an adult — I was over forty before I believed in God. I came to believe through the evidence for creation. I’ve been telling everybody why I believe in God ever since.

It’s very nice to come across another Creationist fighting for the truth. Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,
X-Evolutionist

Atheist Comment

June 29th, 2006
Hi there, I’m an atheist, and I have trouble accepting ‘mainstream’ religion, nevermind the creationism argument. Dinosaurs existed 6′000 years ago?   Okay, so the Bible mentions ‘dinosaurs’ once or twice. But why aren’t dinosaurs mentioned anywhere else in human history. As you claim, at one time humans and dinosaurs existed at the same time, so why don’t we see any artifacts, paintings, decorations drawings on cave walls. Why is this? Surely nothing would be as awe inspiring as a dinosaur? Why don’t we find dinosaur remains/evidence at known places of human settlements?

Creation Fiction

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Matthew Blackett 12/30/2005;  I am shocked and astounded that ‘educated’ people can believe something so obviously fictional as what is written on this website. If you are to believe the Bible literally, then do we go along the ‘eye for an eye’ or ‘fogiveness’ routes (just one example of Biblical contradiction), should Christians be circumcised, follow Kosher food rules, American ban the death penalty (…thou shalt not murder…). I am a Christian and believe in the Bible as a guide book, not a literal truth. Dinosaurs vegetarian… humans mingling with them. Be serious

Thanks for teaching Business Law

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Jamie Tucker 11/17/2005;  Mr. Liebert:   Thanks for teaching me in Business Law class this semester at school. I’ve had alot of fun and learned alot about contracts and so forth. When I saw your website I was very amazed that the dinosaurs had lived during the time of Noah. When I discussed it with you before class that time, I know the Lord used you to open my eyes to see creation in a much greater light than I had previously thought. Reading God’s word is very awesome and I enjoy having a great relationship with Christ. It’s heart breaking to see people reject his and already have their minds made up in opposition to the word. I can only pray that God hasn’t given them over to a reprobate mind and be damned forever. I really enjoy reading the website and learning new material. I have one quick question for you though. I wanted to ask in class but of course we didn’t have the time Wednesday since we had the test. I was wondering What did you think of this wierd fossil they claimed was an early alligator or crocidile at the prehistoric times? When I saw that on the news, I thought something was rather fishy about that finding. See you in class. God Bless! Jamie

Creation ministries

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Frederick P Kopetz, JD 11/17/2005;  Prof. Liebert:  Pleased to make your acquaintaince, brother. I was referred here by a student you teach at Davidson County Community College.  As both a Christian and a soon-to-be attorney (I am sitting the February Bar Exam in Pennsylvania), I find your site both interesting, informative, and very logical, as Creation and the subsequent Fall point to the need for redemption by turning to and accepting Christ’s Finished Work.  My question is this: over the past few years, we had Chuck Missler and ‘Dr. Dino’ (Kent Holvind) as guest speakers at my church, Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. Are there any points of theirs, as an experienced Professor of Chemistry and a believer that you have issue with, and why?   Thanks for taking a moment from your busy schedule to answer this. Again, I am not a scientist, but as a soon-to-be fellow professional, I find your logic excellent proof that believers do not have to put their minds on the shelf in neutral-God’s Word sure is an authoritative document. God Bless.

Why not debate?

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Latsot ? 10/28/2005;  You have challenged evolutionists to debate you and concluded that they wouldn’t because they are insecure in their position. However, when one agreed to debate you, you made a fairly flimsy excuse. This seems silly at best.

Who is right??

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Kris Richards 11/17/2005;  What is the EVIDENCE that all other religions are wrong? Doubtless your answer will be that it is written in the Bible, which has been there from the very beginning. All other religions have their religious texts which they also claim have been there since the beginning. Why is the Bible correct above all the others - their followers claim that their texts speak God’s word too.

Debating??

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Rob Smith 10/17/2005;  lol - debate need only take….what…a couple of hours a week? or a month? we hadn’t agreed on a protocol. Come on - if you are going to complain about other people not being serious about debating then you can do a lot better than this yourself. Personally, I would propose we each write a page or so about what we think, we both publish it on your site, then we give each other the same time to reply to it. Then after that, we should each be able to reply to each other’s replies. Honestly - that shouldnt take more than an hour or so. Evolutionists won’t debate you eh?

I Repeat Can you reconcile Creation to other religions

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Kris Richards 10/15/2005;  Charlie didn’t answer Narasimhan’s question. How do Christians reconcile creation theories with that of other religions, such as Hinduism? We wish to know.

Will you debate?

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Rob Smith 10/06/2005;  I will debate you, if you like. This forum isn’t really a good place though. What do you recommend? I’m witholding my email address, not because I don’t want to debate, but because I don’t want it to appear on a public forum - I get enough spam as it is. Cheers;

The Nephilim

April 1st, 2006

Posted by John H? 9/27/2005;  Question, how does one reconcile the Nephilim? The Bible says everyone was killed in the flood, but then mentions survivors. I am confused.

Reconciling Creation to other religions

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Narasimhan ? 9/13/2005;  I just wonder how Christians reconcile their creation theories with those of other religions - for instance Hinduism, of which I am a member.  I think the main reason evolutionists do not argue with creationists is the same reason why men of reason do not argue with bigots, and the same reason why you don’t try to teach a pig to sing - it irritates the pig and wastes your time.  Rgds; NS

Thanks for lifting my confusion

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Jan Fung 8/27/2005;  Thank you! The information on your web-site is an answer to prayer. I’ve been confused over the many arguments surrounding creation, specifically whether to believe or disbelieve the trend toward old-earth theories. I will definately read through some of the books you have suggested.

Theological reasons for 6 days

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Stephen J Langosh 8/15/2005;  You are entirely correct. It is for theological reasons that we must embrace literal 6 day creation. Despite what some say, that is the reasoning of the early Church. Since God is supernatural, God creating is of course beyond naturalism, and also of course, not a problem for God. Please note: Intelligent Design is just another version of Theistic Evolution and therefore heresy and apostasy.

Creation Rubbish

April 1st, 2006

Posted by Ben ? 12/2/2005;  I find it incredible that there can be so many gullible people who will happily swallow all this rubish spouted by creationists. Face up to it you lot, the earth is billions of years old as is the universe. To claim that a god created/designed it,us and every living thing is trully living in a fairy land. I can’t see how inteligent people (or those who appear inteligent) can possibly believe in creationism. The truth lies in evolution and perhaps the sooner the christian ratbag right admit it the better the earth will be. Remember, there is no god, never was, never will be.
